The Calaba Youth for Action Development (CAYAD) is an organization that has an objective to engage in community service, it is a plan of initiatives that encourage the youth for community involvement among people. In addition, the CAYAD fosters social bonds that create an environment where youth can freely express themselves, for friendships, share experiences and provide support to each other. Moreover, promoting advocacy and awareness is also one of the objectives of this organization in order to educate individuals about pressing issues to drive meaningful change in society. Lastly, amplifying youth voices is to encourage participation from the youth in their different communities especially in their barangay Calaba and also to enable them to voice their perspectives and contribute insights to the hed of this organization
