Team Batares is a community driven organization based in Barangay San Roque San Isidro Nueva Ecija. Dedicated to fostering mutual support abd cooperation, the group assists in various local events and activities, embodying the spirit "Batare"- a term from Central Luzon meaning to ask a favor with the understanding of reciprocation. Membership is voluntary, with a strong emphasis on commitment, camaraderie, and community service. The organization operates with a focus on helping others and strengthening community bonds through active participation and support. The following are the group's objectives 1. Promote a culture of mutual aid and cooperation within the community 2. Facilitate community events and initiatives that strengthen bonds among residents 3. Provide timely assistance to individuals abd families in need 4. Encourage and nurture the values of selflessness, reciprocity, and community solidarity 5. Create opportunities for skill sharing abd collective problem solving among members
