The Calinog Parish Youth Ministry (CPYM) is a religious group within the Catholic Church, aimed at fostering spiritual growth, community engagement, and social responsibility among the youth of Calinog. Rooted in the teachings of the Church, CPYM provides a platform for young people to deepen their faith, develop their personal relationship with God, and actively participate in parish life. It creates a welcoming space for young people to grow in their faith, cultivate leadership skills, and develop a sense of social responsibility grounded in Catholic values. The primary objective of CPYM is to nurture the spiritual and moral development of young individuals by guiding them in understanding and living out Catholic values. This is achieved through regular prayer sessions, retreats, and other faith formation activities that encourage the youth to engage with their faith in a meaningful way. The ministry seeks to create an environment where young people can experience God’s love, strengthen their relationship with Christ, and become witnesses of the faith in their community. Another key objective of the Calinog Parish Youth Ministry is to empower youth to serve others through outreach programs and community service. By addressing the social, educational, and cultural needs of the local community, CPYM aims to inspire young people to embrace the values of charity, justice, and solidarity. To nurture a sense of belonging and friendship among the youth, the CPYM also organizes social events such as sports and youth gatherings.
