PNS BARKADA KONTRA DROGA Barkada Kontra Droga as we all know is a peer group organized to provide and support school activities that promote awareness and intervention to drug abuse and its related issues. This group also supports the projects of the community and its local government with the same objective. This organization is supported by the students, teachers, school administrators, barangay council, local government unit, private institutions and other identified stakeholders. PNS Barkada Kontra Droga which was launched last November 26,2018 and in its 3 years of existence this year, remains continually driven to offer PNS learners its stakeholders a well round support and advocacy on Drug Preventive Education. PNS BKD program offers stakeholders a responsive, proactive, dynamic, and advocacy driven drug education programs designed to provide assistance and support to the learners of PNS to make them become more engaged in their academic life and resistant against any bad influence of substance use, thus making them more directed and having a purposive life. The PNS BKD program seeks to promote awareness for drug Prevention and Control among its 10,243 students and 400 teaching and non-teaching personnel by providing good values and life skills they can apply throughout their lives. This Drug education program of school will serve as flagship in providing essential drug intervention activities for the learners for them not to engage on any illegal drug related issues and crimes.
