The organization started on November 2, 2024. It was organized through a plebiscite during the KK Assembly held on November 2, 2024, to encourage youth in Nungawa to become one of the positive peer group and inculcate volunteerism to each member and to be partner of the non-government and government agencies in the implementation of their programs and services as well as to campaign education, environment, health, peace building and security, governance, active citizenship, global mobility, social inclusion and equity and economic empowerment. The NEYCo youth organization enhance youth leadership skills and enhance capabilities and to provide opportunities for the youth to showcase their talent and skills in the different art fields.
