Environment

The Youth for Environment in Schools Organization is a youth-led environmental initiative typically found in high schools. It aims to raise awareness, promote environmental responsibility and engage students, in activities that contribute to environmental protection and sustainability. The organization fosters leadership, environmental education and active participation among young people. The following are the objectives of the organization: 1. Educating students about environmental issues such as climate change, pollution and conservation; 2. Encouraging eco-friendly practices within schools, like recycling, energy conservation, and waste reduction ; 3. Community engagement, organizing environmental activities like tree planting, clean-up drives and campaigns to involve the broader community; 4. Cultivating leadership skills among students through project management, teamwork and advocacy for environmental causes; 5. Promoting environmental policies and practices within schools and advocating for stronger environmental protection measures in society.
