The 4-H Club is a youth development organization that empowers young people to learn and grow through hands-on projects and activities. It focuses on fostering skills in four key areas: Head (thinking and knowledge), Heart (loyalty and compassion), Hands (service and practical skills), and Health (well-being and responsibility). The Mantugawe 4-H Club established last April 4, 2015 with 20 members. The 4-H program offers opportunities for youth (typically ages 5–19) to participate in projects related to agriculture, science, health, leadership, and citizenship. It is often associated with community involvement, fairs, and mentorship, and is supported by the Cooperative Extension System in partnership with universities and local communities
