HIRAYA (Hope in Rainbow Alliance for Young and Adults) is a duly affiliated led lobbying community of young people with diverse SOGIESC, which advocates gender-transformative and equality within Las Piñas City. The Hiraya - Brgy. Pilar, is an LGBTQIA+ based organization that promotes equality, respect for human rights, nondiscrimination, and nonviolence.
