JCI Jaro Salugnon is a local organization that brings together young active citizens aged 18 to 40 with the common objective of creating positive change in the community. It empowers its members to become change agents by cultivating leadership, creativity, and cooperation across varied cultural, economic, and social backgrounds. JCI provides young people with the skills and experiences they need to effect long-term change via projects and initiatives that address urgent local concerns with its vision.
