Cabanglasan Indigenous Peoples Youth Organization was formed to promote the local culture of the indigenous cultural communities and educated both the Indigenous People and the Non Indigenous Peoples of the municipality, and to promote to the IP youth their rights, the their role in protecting the environment as stewards of God's creation.
