Hiraya Youth Volunteers is a Non-profit Organization established by youth of Sta. Maria, Bulacan with a goal to champion and empower children with the gift of literacy and education; a project underlying with Suistainable Development Goals (SDG 4) Equality Education. MISSION: Hiraya Youth Volunteers is dedicated to fostering a brighter future for children by championing literacy and education. We empower young minds through engaging programs and initiatives, nurturing a love for learning and unlocking their full potential. VISION: We envision a community where every child has access to quality education and the opportunity to reach their full potential. Through our collective efforts, we aim to create a society where literacy is a fundamental right and a powerful tool for individual and national progress.
