JPMAP - PUP Bataan envisions becoming a leading student organization that empowers its members to grow into competent and responsible People Managers, ready to lead with integrity and innovation in both academic and professional settings. The Junior People Management Association of the Philippines - PUP Bataan aims to equip its members with essential skills in people management through comprehensive training, development programs, and hands-on collaboration. We foster an environment that encourages leadership, innovation, and community involvement, preparing future leaders for the dynamic workforce.
