Alliance of Principled, Responsible Individuals and Mathematics Enthusiasts (A-PRIME) consists of Bachelor of Secondary Education majors in Mathematics who want to inspire and encourage learners and other people to appreciate the beauty of math. The objectives of A-PRIME are ensuring that students solve complex, multi-step mathematical problems while demonstrating an understanding of the underlying principles through written explanations and calculations; applying mathematics to real-world scenarios to analyze and solve practical problems; effectively using technology as a mathematics tool, including calculators and graphing software, to enhance their learning and problem-solving capabilities; and showing increased confidence in their mathematical activities.
