The Public Speakers League is a student organization of Vinzons Pilot High School tasked to cultivate the communicative competence of its members to prepare them for speaking engagements or contests such debates, negotiation dialougues, hosting, giving lecture, and the like. It embodies youth and student empowerment to combat speech anxiety and boost its members' confidence in public speaking. It shall have the power to instruct, educate, and indoctrinate the Studentry of our School towards a valuable educational activity with primary emphasis on the furtherment of their skills in public speaking.
