Palawan Taxonomic Guild promotes taxonomy and protection of wildlife. A citizen science organization in Palawan, Philippines that supports information-based taxonomy research. By doing ethical study and working together, we hope to make a big difference in understanding and protecting the unique biodiversity that thrives in our region and to improve the relationship between humans and nature. Palawan Taxonomic Guild is a university-wide group that fosters collaborative taxonomic research and sustained connections to local, national and international taxonomists for citizen science. The objectives are: 1. To raise awareness by holding information campaign events 2. To learn about the plants and animals of Palawan through joint activities, fieldwork, and taxonomic study with both Philippine and international experts. 3. To be the stewards of the flora and fauna of Palawan
