Governance

The Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) is a student-led organization in Quezonian Educational College, Inc. Junior High School Department that aims to empower students by promoting leadership, school spirit, and active participation in school affairs. As the governing body of the student body, the SSLG is responsible for organizing events, addressing student concerns, and fostering a sense of community within the school. OBJECTIVES: 1. Leadership Development- To provide opportunities for students to develop leadership skills and become responsible, confident indibiduals who can contribute positively to the school and society. 2. Student Representation- To serve as the voice of the student body and ensure that the opinions and concerns of students are effectively communicated to the school administration. 3. School Spirit and Unity- To promote school pride and unity through various activities, such as spirit weeks, events, and team -building exercises that encourage camaraderie among students. 4. Academic and Extracurricular Support- To support academic excellence and the development of students' talents by organizing workshops, competitions, and extracurricular activities that cater to diverse interests. 5. Community Involvement- To engage in outreach programs and projects that benefit the school community and society, encouraging students to be responsible citizens. Through these objectives, the SSLG seeks to create a positive and dynamic learning environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The SSLG is committed to building a school culture that values collaboration, respect, and inclusivity.
