Operation SEA is a youth-led initiative established to address the pressing need for comprehensive sexuality education in the community of Bulan. Recognizing the lack of accessible and accurate information, coupled with societal taboos surrounding sexuality, the organization was founded to empower the Bulaneños with the knowledge and skills to navigate the complexities of sexuality education to broaden its dissemination towards greater awareness and become advocates promoting sexual health, sexual rights, body positivity and self-love
