Bidlisiw sa Kalamboan Multipurpose Cooperative has been serving hundreds of members of which mostly are coming from the marginalized sector. These members have children who will soon become successors of the cooperative and potential leaders in the future. The Laboratory Cooperative caters to youth residing within Zamboanga del Norte’s area of operation (common bond). It is potent avenue where the youth can learn and live values of cooperativism while honing their social and financial skills through different programs initiated by the youth with the supervision of the guardian cooperative. Bantay Katungod sa Kabataan Laboratory Cooperative of Bidlisiw sa Kalamboan Multipurpose Cooperative is an ideal instrument for youth development. Bantay Katungod sa Kabataan Laboratory Cooperative of Bidlisiw sa Kalamboan Multipurpose Cooperative is organized for the following purposes: 1. To serve as training ground for its members to prepare them for membership in regular cooperatives. 2. To teach the values of thrift and saving mobilization among its members. 3. To instill cooperative values, principles, financial discipline, business skills and leadership skills among members. 4. To promote and advocate Filipino social and cultural values, financial education. Ecological awareness and sustainable development
