CAISA-CA Youth is a proactive community organization dedicated to combating illegal substance abuse among the youth in Angono. With a mission to foster a drug-free environment, CAISA-CA Youth operates on several core objectives: Prevention and Awareness: CAISA-CA Youth aims to educate the youth about the risks associated with substance abuse through awareness campaigns, workshops, and school programs. By disseminating accurate information about the consequences of drug use, the coalition strives to empower young individuals to make informed decisions and resist peer pressure. Support and Counseling: Recognizing the importance of providing support to those affected by substance abuse, CAISA-CA Youth offers counseling services and support groups. By creating a safe space for individuals to share their experiences and seek guidance, the coalition aims to facilitate recovery and prevent relapse. Community Engagement: CAISA-CA Youth actively engages with the broader community to mobilize support and resources for anti-drug initiatives. Through partnerships with local authorities, schools, businesses, and other organizations, the coalition seeks to coordinate efforts and implement comprehensive strategies to address substance abuse effectively. Empowerment and Leadership Development: CAISA-CA Youth believes in the potential of young people to drive positive change in their communities. Through leadership development programs and opportunities for involvement in decision-making processes, the coalition empowers youth to become advocates for drug prevention and ambassadors for change. Advocacy and Policy Reform: In addition to grassroots initiatives, CAISA-CA Youth advocates for policy reforms at the local and national levels to strengthen regulations on drug trafficking, enhance access to treatment and rehabilitation services, and promote alternative strategies for addressing substance abuse.
