The Catanduanes Amateur Boxers Trainers Association (CABTA), based on the island of Catanduanes, continues its commitment to advancing the sport of boxing within the province. The organization’s primary goal is to enhance and elevate the skills of local boxers, enabling them to keep pace with the ever-evolving demands of the sport. CABTA collaborates closely with the Association of Boxing Alliances in the Philippines (ABAP) to cultivate a new generation of capable and knowledgeable officials who can ensure that tournaments are conducted fairly and efficiently. One of the association’s key objectives is the establishment of an inter-municipal tournament. This initiative seeks to identify and develop talented boxers who demonstrate the potential to represent Catanduanes in higher-level competitions.
