The Pag-Asa Youth Association of the Philippines-Buray (PYAP-BURAY) is a dynamic youth organization dedicated to empowering young individuals to actively contribute to the community and nation-building. Guided by its mission, PYAP Buray provides opportunities for holistic development, equipping the youth with the skills and values needed to respond to the challenges of the times. Through its vision of producing well-rounded and community-driven young people, the organization fosters leadership, social responsibility, and a commitment to effecting positive change. PYAP Buray strives to build a just and humane society by promoting the total development of the youth sector encouraging self-reliance, and socially responsible citizenship while upholding values of justice, freedom, love, equality, and peace. PYAP Buray continues to serve as a platform for empowering the youth of Barangay Buray to be active agents of change and development in their communities.
