The organization shall envision to inform, organize, and mobilize the youth and student sectors as advocacy support group that will stand against illegal drugs and terrorism; to enflame the Spirit of Volunteerism among the youth and student sectors through Police Community. Relations platform and programs, and to empower the youth and student sectors to become proactive partners of the government in the nationwide cascading advocacies relative to anti-terrorism and anti-illegal drugs, especially on matters. Related to Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) and in social reintegration programs for reformed illegal drugs personalities
