The Basey Ignited Youth Alliance (BIYA) is a dynamic youth-led organization dedicated to empowering the next generation through advocacies to sports, education, health, environment, active citizenship and economic empowerment. Founded with the mission providing activities, projects, and programs for the youth of Basey, Samar, BIYA fosters a culture of teamwork, leadership, and personal growth. Through mentorship programs and outreach activities, we aim to quip young individuals with the skills, discipline, and values necessary for success both on and off the field. BIYA believes that through active engagement, collaboration, and a passion for service, we can ignite positive change and inspire the youth to become future leaders in their communities.
