PYAP Municipal Federation of Officers Biri chapter is an organized association that aims to provide a productive opportunities for out of school youth and disadvantaged youth. to realized this, the association collaborate with several municipal officer such as but not limited to DSWD and LGUs of every barangay. consequently, the association continuously champions shared goals for the betterment of the youth. furthermore, the association functions for the best through the following objectives; 1. to promote inclusivity among out of school youth and disadvantaged. 2. to involve these youth in the realization of advocacies such as but not limited for; 2.1 environment 2.2 health 2.3 active citizenship 3. to uplift the morale of these individuals through meaningful and productive civic involvement
