The Society for Advancement of Veterinary Education and Research (SAVER) - ISU Chapter is a respected student organization within the School of Veterinary Medicine at Isabela State University (ISU). Founded in 1995, SAVER has been committed to supporting the academic growth and professional development of veterinary students. The organization serves as a platform for students to expand their knowledge, engage in research, and connect with professionals in the veterinary field. For 30 years, SAVER has organized various events to enhance the student experience, including seminars, conferences, research projects, and community outreach programs. These activities not only help students develop academically and practically, but also allow them to contribute to the community by promoting animal welfare, public health, nature stewardship and agricultural practices. SAVER’s initiatives help students build the confidence and skills needed to succeed in the veterinary field.
