The 4H Club of Barangay Labu-o is a youth organization dedicated to empowering young individuals through Hands-on learning, Leadership development, and Community engagement. It aims to equip the youth with essential life skills in agriculture, livelihood, health, and environmental stewardship, fostering self-reliance and active participation in local development. Through various programs and activities, the club nurtures responsible and skilled young leaders who contribute to the progress of their community. Objectives: 1.Promote Youth Leadership and Development – Enhance leadership skills, critical thinking, and teamwork among young members. 2.Strengthen Agricultural and Livelihood Skills – Provide training on modern farming techniques, entrepreneurship, and sustainable livelihood opportunities. 3.Foster Environmental Awareness – Advocate for environmental conservation, waste management, and climate action initiatives. 4.Encourage Community Service and Volunteerism – Engage members in outreach programs, disaster response, and social initiatives for community welfare. 5. Enhance Health and Well-being – Educate youth on proper nutrition, mental health, and healthy lifestyle practice.
