The Kabataang Maderenos Organization (KaMaO) is established to emphasize youth paticipation througn collaborative efforts elevating the sense of volunteerism, socio-cultural responsibility, and active paricipation in commUnity-based affiliations. Whereas, the organization empowers the youth of Barangay Gavino Maderan in becoming a responsible citizen and innovative leaders who thrives in aiming for a more positive environment for every MaderenoS-fulfilling contributive embodiment to the society. Additionally, KaMaO provides opportuniffes for youth fo undertake leadership roles not only within the organization but to the community as well. Moreover, the organization also provides support that nurtures the well-being and growth of every youth not only in oUr barangay but might as well to our beloved municipality/community--practicing camaraderie to strengthen the Conneciion between every youth of General Mariano Alvarez. The Kabataang Maderenos Organization is set to move forward believing that this organization is fulfilled and committed in shaping our community through collaborative participation and genuine volunteerism that benefits every Maderenos and its constituents.
