The San Francisco Youth Organization (Men) actively supports barangay events, especially during fiestas by ensuring cleanliness, organized, and smooth program execution. Members lead clean-up drives before and after events, promoting waste management and recycling. Assist in event planning, setting up venues, decorating, and managing logistics to ensure orderly and successful celebrations; The organization fosters youth leadership and development through team work, coordination, and problem- solving training; Also promote cultural engagement by organizing performances, contests, and entertainment that showcase local traditions.
