San Roque Fraternal Circle (SRFC) is a youth organization established to create a network of pro-active youth of Barangay San Roque Poblacion. This organization aims to bond the initiative -driven youth in building a community that is innovative and empowered. The SRFC shall dynamically help and lead the implementation of the PPAS offered by the SK, LYDO, and LYCD.
