Education

The Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) serve as the highest student governing bodies within the school. They are responsible for advocating for students' rights, welfare, and excellence while upholding strong moral values. As democratic representatives, their authority comes from the student body, allowing them to function autonomously and diplomatically. The SSLG adhere to the Mission Statement of the Department of Education, ensuring that students receive quality, equitable, and culturally aware education in a safe and inclusive learning environment. Their foundation is built on principles of good governance, servant-leadership, accountability, and unity, with a commitment to upholding the core values of Maka-Diyos, Makatao, Makakalikasan, and Makabansa through academic, civic, and leadership initiatives. The SSLG is tasked with empowering students to excel in academics, leadership, and social responsibility while encouraging active participation in nation-building. They represent learners in the School Governing Council and work with school management to create a supportive, inclusive, and learner-friendly environment. Transparency, integrity, and open communication with student organizations and stakeholders are fundamental to their operations. They ensure accountability in all transactions affecting learners’ interests and maintain a non-partisan and non-sectarian stance. Additionally, the SSLG strictly adheres to policies against commercialization, in compliance with DepEd regulations. Through these commitments, they strive to be role models of student governance, fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and excellence within the school community.
