Peace-Building and Security

Youth for Peace and Development Movement Philippines – Isabela Chapter, also known as YFPDM Isabela or YFPDMI, recognizes its identity as the Provincial Organization that heads all Area-Wide and Municipal Youth for Peace Chapters in Isabela. It is composed of several Municipal Chapters, including the Benito Soliven Chapter, San Guillermo Chapter, San Mariano Chapter, and Sta. Maria Chapter. The Youth for Peace and Development Movement Isabela envisions becoming the leading organization championing peace, promoting volunteerism, fostering unity in diversity, and creating a positive environment for holistic societal development in the province. YFPDMI's slogan, “Let peace serve as our language," reflects the dedication of its volunteers to the organization’s main advocacy and mission. The objectives of the Youth for Peace and Development Movement Philippines – Isabela Chapter are: a. To uphold inclusive youth participation in fulfilling their vital role in nation building; b. To encourage potential youth volunteers to assist in the basic functions of government and other youth organizations; c. To organize and promote solidarity, cooperation, and mutual assistance among the volunteers of the organization and other youth organizations; d. To advocate peace and promote nationalism among the youth sector; and e. To undertake other activities that are not contrary to the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
