The Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) is a school-based organization in the Philippines mandated by the Department of Education. It serves as the leading co-curricular environmental club for students, aiming to promote environmental awareness, protection, and sustainability within the school and local communities. Objectives: 1. Promote environmental consciousness among students through education and hands-on projects. 2. Encourage active participation in environmental initiatives such as clean up drives and tree planting programs. 3. Develop leadership and teamwork skills by engaging students in eco-friendly campaigns. 4. Support government and community efforts in environmental conservation and sustainable practices. 5. Foster responsibility and discipline among youth to become proactive stewards of nature.
