The Youth and Teen Volunteer Facilitators (YTVF - Virac) shall have the following objectives: ? Establish a strong reputation as the go to rescue resource for youth volunteerism in community. ? Extend volunteer programs to other nearby communities. ? Create a self-sustaining organization with strong financial stability and dedicated leadership. ? Increase community awareness of the importance of youth volunteerism and its positive impact. ? Establish mentorship programs and leadership training workshops for aspiring young leaders. ? Advocate for inclusion, diversity and equality. ? Implement a robust system to track and evaluate the overall impact of volunteers efforts on the community.
