Brief Description The Makarto Kahiraan Culture Ensemble is a dynamic youth organization dedicated to showcasing the rich cultural traditions of Matuguinao through music, theater, and visual arts. By providing a platform for young people to express themselves, the ensemble foster creativity, self-expression, and community pride.
