The organization aims to unify the scholar beneficiaries of the Cebu City College Scholarship Program from the University of the Philippines Cebu, fostering a strong sense of community among its members. Its primary goal is to guide and lead these scholars toward achieving common objectives while enhancing each member’s overall well-being. To support this mission, the organization will implement scholar-driven projects that encourage academic excellence, leadership development, and civic engagement. These projects may include advocacy campaigns, workshops, outreach efforts, and forums that reflect the values of education, good governance, and active citizenship. All activities are designed to equip members with relevant knowledge and skills while nurturing their sense of social responsibility both within and beyond the Cebu City Scholars community. The organization also places a strong emphasis on community-focused initiatives. It supports the advocacies of Education, Peace Building & Security, Governance, Active Citizenship, and Social Inclusion & Equity. As a proactive platform, it seeks to address community issues through collaboration with public and private stakeholders. Through these efforts, members are encouraged to become peace advocates, informed citizens, and inclusive leaders capable of promoting social change and development in their respective communities. Finally, the organization is committed to member empowerment by cultivating leadership and camaraderie among Cebu City Scholars. It aims to provide meaningful networking opportunities and foster an environment where members can thrive personally and professionally.
