The 4H Club Dancalan is a community based organization created to help the youth of the community. The organization aims to create an impact by providing project & programs that will beneficial for its members. The organization will serve their constituents align to their vision, mission, & objectives. Vision The organization envisions youth who are actively participating in every activities in Barangay especially in nurturing their skills regarding disaster preparedness and climate change adaptation. Mission The organization shall pursue on creating a group of disaster prepared youth who will partake in mitigating the continuous global warming. Enlighten the youth about climate change adaptation and to make them a more responsible citizen who are obedient to the law, also GOD fearing. Objectives a.To create a skillful youth that would wholeheartedly help to save our mother earth and at the same time can be a responsible citizen that can save lives during calamities. b.To minimize the risk of youth who uses illegal drugs. c.To promote ethics and values. d.To develop the camaraderie of the youth within the barangay.
