The organization shall have the following objectives: To enhance the capabilities and decision – making power of women and other marginalized gender groups to participate fully in economic, social and political spheres. To improve the overall impact and sustainability of development initiatives by integrating gender perspective, which can lead to more comprehensive and effective solutions. To strengthen the equal opportunities and rights for all genders by addressing and dismantling systematic barriers and discriminatory practices.
