The Division Federation of Supreme Secondary Learner Government (DFSSLG) of the Schools Division of Navotas City is composed of SSLG Presidents from various secondary schools across the division. As the premier co-curricular, learner-led organization, the DFSSLG is authorized to implement programs, projects, and activities that promote student and youth development within the community of Navotas City. DFSSLG officers serve as the highest governing student body in their respective schools, acting as role models, advocates of student rights and welfare, and representatives of strong moral values and good character. Guided by the mission and vision of the Department of Education, the DFSSLG is committed to advancing the best interests of learners, particularly Navoteño learners. It operates on the principles of good governance, volunteerism, participatory democracy, servant leadership, collaboration, unity, accountability, and efficient service to the student body.
