The Organization shall be environmental and socio-civic in nature. It shall be the propelling force for human and ecological security concern from youth sector. The aims and purpose of the organization shall be (1) to formulate and implement projects that are consistent with the preservation of the environment and naturals resources (2) to promote the concept to Human and Ecological Security (HES) IN THE SECTOR (3) to coordinate and mobilize other recognized youth organization/club (4) associate in support for the concern on population, environment and peace (5) to inculcate the significance of youth participation in strengthening the family as an integral part of society (6) to organize youth multi-purpose cooperative from YHES Barangay Chapter (7) to undertake fundraising/resources generation projects and activities to support the YHES objective , and (8) to support programs that are designed to maximize youth organization in community, environmental, and ecological issues.
