Governance

The Supreme Secondary Learner Government of Mabinay Science High School (MSHS) is the highest governing body for all students in the school. It is a venue for student voice, issues, and promotion of their rights and well-being. Being an exemplary model of excellence, integrity, and moral values, the SSLG is independent and democratic and exercises unity and diplomacy. It supports the mission of the Department of Education to enhance each Filipinos learner's right to quality, inclusive, and culturally responsive education in a safe and supportive environment.
