The Samahan ng mga Kabataang Mananayaw ng Palanan (SKMP) is a youth-based organization in Palanan, Isabela , committed to promoting cultural pride and unity through dance and artistic expression. It aims to preserve local traditions by training young members in both folk and modern dance, organizing community performances and workshops, and encouraging active involvement in cultural activities The organization upholds inclusivity, welcoming youth from diverse backgrounds, and works in partnership with schools local government units, and cultural institutions to foster a deeper appreciation for heritage and the arts among the new generation.
