FOSTER LEADERSHIP AND CIVIC ENGAGEMENT We believe in nurturing the leadership potential inherent in our youth. SFYO will organize leadership development workshops, encourage participation in community projects and initiatives, and provide platforms for young people to voice their opinions and contribute to local governance though youth councils and forum. By instilling a sense of civic responsibility and empowering them to become active participants in barangay affairs. We aim to cultivate future leaders who are deeply rooted in their community's well being.
