The PUP Pulilan Central Student Council is the highest and most democratic student-governing body of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Pulilan Campus. Rooted in the tradition of activism and mass-oriented leadership, the Council exists to uphold and advance the rights and welfare of the Pulilenyong Iskolar ng Bayan. As a genuine, progressive, and militant formation, it serves as a strong voice against systemic injustices within and beyond the university, organizing campaigns, educational discussions, and services that empower the youth to be critical, compassionate, and committed to social transformation. The Council firmly believes in the collective strength of students to shape a just, nationalist, and liberating education system.
