• To uphold camaraderie and develop leadership to make role models in the community. • To assist the Municipal Scholarship Board and the Recruitment and Selection Committee in the implementation of its programs, policies, and procedures. • To have free access to policies, guidelines, and other legal matters concerning scholars' welfare, and scholarship of each member. • To enhance the personality of each member and inculcate self-confidence and discipline in them; and • To assist the municipal government in implementing various socio-cultural, community service, and youth-oriented activities. • To elect one of its members of officers as representative of the organization to the municipal scholarship board.
