A group of John Paul College students, teachers and young people outside John Paul College that has a quality, charity and Christian values. This organization shall have the following objectives: a.To establish an organization which will promote rights of all indigents of the Province of Oriental Mindoro. b.To promote quality education leading to JPC’s mission of academic success. c.To provide an avenue for the development of student’s virtues and enhancement of their talents and potentials. d.To empower students to be effective leaders today and in the future. e.To initiate and carry out significant products and programs that will benefit the less privileged indigents/Mangyan members of the society. f.To pledge loyalty and commitment to God, the Philippines, our community, JPC family and Dugong Mangyan Mountaineers and work its betterment and glory.
