IKAPATI: Para sa Kasarian, Kababaihan, at Kalayaan of Santa Rosa Science and Technology High School envisions a school where every student, regardless of gender identity or expression, is empowered to thrive in an environment of acceptance and equality. It aims to perpetuate progress by empowering the rights and representation of every individual regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression. Our organization seeks to maneuver obstacles by promoting gender-inclusive policies, fostering openness, and providing opportunities for leadership and growth. Through meaningful collaboration with students, educators, and the wider community, we aspire to constitute change that extends beyond the classroom. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and empowering space where everyone regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation can equally and fairly thrive, including LGBTQIA+ individuals and women. Rooted in gender equality, women empowerment, and freedom of expression, we advocate for a school environment that respects and uplifts diverse identities.
