A newly established association of SK Secretaries in Santa Maria, Bulacan consist of appointed SK Secretaries of all the barangays under the municipality aimed to foster strengthened compliance and monitoring of the documents relevant to the functions of the Sangguniang Kabataan. The objectives of this organization shall be: - To perform such duties and functions mandated to the Sangguniang Kabataan Secretaries by the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Law (RA 10742); - To guide and monitor the performance of all Sangguniang Kabataan Secretaries of Santa Maria, Bulacan, provided that they create programs for capacity building of the appointive officials; - To establish a centralized document and records management system that is accessible to all SK Secretaries for their guidance and compliance; and - To provide a systematic and efficient approach in all the undertakings of SK Secretaries as mandated by the RA 10742.
