Rosario Community Red Cross Youth Council is a youth organization that works work with the Philippine Red Cross Santiago City Chapter to develop among the youth the spirit of humanitarianism and social service by giving them opportunities to participate in relevant Red Cross activities within the framework of the organization. The organization has the following objectives as stated in Article 2 Section 2 of By-laws: 1. To work with the Philippine Red Cross, Santiago City Chapter in the formulation of policies and in the management of the youth programs. 2. To serve as the focal point of coordination of all JRC/SRCY/CRCY/ComRCY Councils 3. To assist and advice the JRCY/SRCY/CRCY/ComRCY Councils in the development and promotion of the Red Cross Youth program.
