Versatile Orators and Writers in English Language (VOWEL) is a dynamic organization under the College of Education at Isabela State University – Ilagan Campus. Grounded in its mission to empower students through the English language, VOWEL is committed to enhancing the talents, skills, and confidence of its members in both written and spoken communication. Rooted in its Constitution and By-Laws, the organization seeks to discover and develop the unique potential of students in English—be it through oration, writing, debating, poetry, or storytelling. It serves as a training ground where members can grow intellectually and creatively while preparing them for university-wide competitions and real-world opportunities.
