The Youth For Peace Baguio Chapter is a non-profit, accredited Civil Society Organization in the City of Baguio championing peace, promoting volunteerism, unity in diversity, community development, and a positive environment towards holistic societal development in the city. The organization focuses on uniting the youth of Baguio and empowering them to be good and responsible citizens of the country. Its objective is to uphold inclusive youth participation to fulfill their vital role in nation building, encourage potential youth volunteers to assist with the essential functions of the Government and other youth organizations, organize and promote solidarity, cooperation, and mutual assistance among the volunteers of the Organization and other youth organizations, advocate peace and promote nationalism among the youth sector, and undertake other activities not contrary to the Laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Every member of the organization had completed the Youth Leadership Summit (YLS), organized by the group itself. The activities of the organization, such as the YLS, Musikapayapaan, Workshops, and Trainings, focus on youth empowerment and peace building, create a platform for the youth for their own self-development, and for their voice to be heard. The organization also works for community-based activities such as clean-up drives, tree planting activities, and a unity stride for WPS.
